Please feel free to email me anytime, for prayer, or just to talk.  I have walked through the depths of the world, and was pulled up by the neck of my shirt and put back on the path to righteousness. I know that 'alone' feeling we so often feel when we haven't learned how to have a relationship with God. As teens, we try to fill that void with a relationship, or from friendships.  The devil loves to take advantage of our cluelessness and feeds our minds full of lies.  We aren't good enough.  Our physical appearance isn't hot enough.  We aren't smart enough.  We can't do anything right.  We will never amount to anything, and will disappoint our loved ones.  Then he starts in making us afraid of life, and of the future.  But guess what- Fear is a liar!  And so is that devil! See, God made you exactly how he wants you!  People try to determine what is beautiful and try to sell people on cosmetics and diet products, claiming only skinny people are attractive.  I was raised, the skinnier, the prettier.  It wasn't until I was in my early 40's I finally quit starving myself and allowed myself to gain weight, and be thick.  And, guess what?  I am gorgeous.  I am still hot.  And the more we break the media's idolatries, the more we are free!  Be yourself.  Be free from the stereotypes of having to conform to be accepted.  That ignorance needs to be buried along with the mullet, and never revived!
